What is included in full-service property management?
901 Management’s property management services include marketing and advertising the property, showing the property, screening applicants, preparing and executing leases and renewals, collecting rent, enforcing lease terms, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and providing monthly accounting statements.
This means owners are not just paying for rent collection. They are paying for the systems, communication, leasing support, vendor coordination, resident follow-up, owner reporting, and day-to-day management that help protect the property.
Optional Property Damage Protection Program
Owners may opt into the Property Damage Protection Program for $25 per month. This program reimburses qualifying property damage up to $2,500 beyond the security deposit, subject to program terms and vendor requirements. It is available only for properties that collect at least $1,500 per month in rent.
Optional Eviction Protection Program
The Eviction Protection Program helps cover certain eviction-related costs for qualifying residents screened and placed by 901 Real Estate Services, including initial eviction attorney fees, service, set-out, and lock change costs. This program is included at no cost for the first year and then for $15 per month.
