It has been such a pleasure to work with Hayden from 901 Real Estate Services! He is very organized, professional and helpful - he has gone above and beyond to find properties that would meet our needs and been super responsive and accommodating to meet and schedule these tours and is extremely knowledgeable about the details of each one. Overall this company is great to work with and the application process was simple and user-friendly. Hayden is the best!  My fiancé and I walked into the office on Front Street and was greeted with kindness and willingness to assist us with finding the best home to fit our every need. He was very knowledgeable of all the properties and was patient with our process. We felt at ease. I originally moved to a 901Res property in 2020. I had a beautiful unit with a river view, and a long hallway that kept the dog entertained with his ball. But after learning the owner intended to return, I moved down the street. I HATED it. I kept in contact with the property manager and it just so happened that a former neighbor moved out. So, two months after leaving, I moved back.
