This plan covers the legal costs of an eviction, including:

• Serving notice to the tenant (typically $60-$100)

• Filing court documents and attorney representation in court ($300 or more)

• Tenant set-out / belongings removal (can exceed $500)

• Changing the locks and securing the property (starts at $100)

These expenses can quickly add up to over $1,000 out of pocket—but with our Eviction Protection Plan, you’re covered.

• Applies to tenants screened and placed by 901RES

• Covers legal and court representation fees, set out crew, and changing locks on the property

• Valid for the first 12 months after signing your PM agreement. (If your home is vacant, the year will begin after a tenant moves in.)

• Must be a new client with a full-service management agreement
