Our Screening Is So Thorough, We’ll Back It with a Year of Eviction Coverage

Our Eviction Protection Comes Standard for New Clients.
What’s Included:
If a tenant we screen and place fails to pay rent, we’ll cover:
Serving notice to the tenant (typically $60-$100)
Filing court documents and attorney representation in court ($350 or more)
Tenant set-out / belongings removal ($500 or more)
Changing the locks and securing the property (starts at $100)
That’s over $1,000 in costs that you won’t have to pay.
This coverage applies to new owners only and begins the day your tenant moves in. You won’t find this level of protection anywhere else—especially not for free.
How It Works
Applies to tenants screened and placed by 901RES
Valid for the first 12 months after signing your PM agreement. (If your home is vacant, the year will begin after a tenant moves in.)
Must be a new client with a full-service management agreement
